Fremont St. is a block away and boasts many locally-owned coffee shops and restaurants. Hollywood and Alberta are also within walking distance. The gorgeous front & back patios allow you privacy with trees and tall plants nestling in the seating area. Perfect for a coffee break or a team meeting in the fresh air. Coffee, tea and sparkling water are always available. PLEASE NOTE: I live in an ADU on the property. I am a friendly type yet aim to be unobtrusive.
