This new construction ADU offers incredible natural light at all times of year and is surrounded by gardens. It offers a private entrance and is ample space for up to four guests. The desk faces a window for solo use or can easily be converted into a table for collaborative working. This unit is best for working lunches, a quiet place to hunker down and get solo work done or meeting outside in the fresh air. There is a large table and chairs conveniently located just outside the unit. Coffee and tea are always available. Fremont St. is just a block away and boasts many locally-owned coffee shops and restaurants. Incredible Wilshire Park, full of old growth trees, is only half a mile away. If you prefer to make lunch, you’re welcome to use the range, toaster oven or backyard BBQ. Parking is free and plentiful all along the street.
