A light-filled flex space studio perfect for small gatherings, meetings, work sessions and team building up to 8 people. Very high ceilings with a loft-style wall of windows creates an inspiring and comfortable space. It's ideal for small teams who typically work from home but would like to gather occasionally. You can use the conference table for official meetings and then also spread out a bit for work sessions. A shared kitchenette and two shared gender-neutral bathrooms are also available. We're a boutique interior design studio, and we've created such great space that we adore. We'd love to share it with our community. Feel free to reach out with any questions. We'd be happy to chat about how to best utilize the space for your meeting or event, or do a facetime introduction. HOURS are 8:30am-9:00pm LOCATED in the Central Eastside Design District, it’s central to every area of Portland.

  • Please be respectful of other tenants and guests in the building. If your meeting causes any disruption, we may need to end the rental. In that case, the rental fees and deposit will not be refunded.
  • To keep the space organized, please don't store equipment, supplies, or other personal items on the property. We're not responsible for any lost or damaged belongings.
  • Feel free to bring refreshments, but please note that our kitchenette is not equipped for cooking or preparing food. If you'd like to serve alcohol, please get approval in advance.
  • We appreciate your help in keeping the space in good condition. If any damages occur during your rental, you will be responsible for the cost.
  • Unfortunately, pets and animals (other than trained assistance animals) are not allowed on the premises.
  • Please collect and remove all trash, garbage, compost, recyclables, and waste products at the end of your visit.
  • For everyone's comfort, smoking is not allowed in or near the building. Neither are open flames, candles, or grilling.
