A light-filled flex space studio perfect for small gatherings, meetings, work sessions and team building up to 8 people. Very high ceilings with a loft-style wall of windows creates an inspiring and comfortable space. If you book for 2 or more people, the studio space is all yours! The kitchenette and the bathroom are shared with the other building tenants. It's quite ideal for small teams who typically work from home but would like to gather occasionally. You can use the conference table for official meetings and then also spread out a bit for work sessions. We're a boutique interior design studio, and we've created such great space that we adore. We'd love to share it with our community. Feel free to reach out with any questions. We'd be happy to chat about how to best utilize the space for your meeting or event, or do a facetime introduction. HOURS are 9:00am-9:00pm LOCATED in the Central Eastside Industrial District, it’s central to every area of Portland.

  • Please be courteous to other tenants and guests in the building. If a rental disrupts others in the building, we will have to terminate the meeting. Any group asked to leave during an event because of violations of the rules, forfeits the rental fees and deposit.
  • Equipment, supplies, or other products belonging to private groups may not be stored in the facility or on our property prior to or after the rental. We assume no responsibility for personal belongings.
  • Refreshments must be prepared in advance. Our kitchenette is not designated for cooking or preparation of food. Alcoholic beverages must have prior approval.
  • Guests are responsible for the cost of any damages.
  • Pets and animals are not permitted on the premises at any time, except those specifically trained to assist.
  • Guests are responsible for the collection and removal of all trash, garbage, compost, recyclables and waste products.
