Then move out into the living area and hold a presentation on the TV, or collaborate with colleagues. Walk to great restaurants on NE Alberta Street or stroll through Alberta Park for that midday work break. This home has a separate basement apartment with a tenant. The tenant is very respectful with noise, but does teach remote drum lessons - it is sporadic and muted. The outdoor spaces are shared and there may be a dog in the space as well.
