Walking access to all that quaint downtown St. Johns has to offer-- farmer's market, dining, shopping-- & a quick hop across the beautiful bridge to Downtown Portland and Forest Park. Merv 13 filter in the HVAC. With high ceilings, lots of light, tasteful, simple furnishings and plenty of privacy make this home the perfect workspace. Create a meal for you and colleagues in the fully-stocked kitchen (all the tools and basics you need for a gourmet meal--and them some), have meetings around the harvest dining table. Many ways to brew the best of Portland coffee and tea! Or, opt for take-out at the many nearby options. In the living room, relax and watch that work presentation on the 55" Smart TV. Pipe some tunes out of the bluetooth speaker should it help get your creative energy flowing. High-speed wireless internet, of course. There is even an upright piano. If you need a quiet space to work, you can escape to the large attic bonus room, where you'll find a work-ready table & chair. Need to bring your kiddo/s to work? Board games, puzzles and toys for the little people. Please note that the stairs are steep and not suitable for children to use unattended! The door to the stairs is in the main floor bedroom. Behind the privacy of a high brick wall, the shared back yard features a gas grill, table and chairs and party lights! The front porch is yours alone and is a great place to have that pre-work coffee or tea or even work for the day. It is the only place smoking is allowed on the property. We use eco-friendly, free and clear detergents and never use strong artificial scents for those of us on the sensitive side. Indoor air quality is important! Do note that there is a separate 1 bed, 1 bath mother-in-law unit (used as my office during the day) attached to the house. No space is shared with this listing except the back yard.
