The unit is unique and spacious over looking a lush and beautiful backyard. This is a wonderful conversion dwelling that has charm and character! Your unit is private but you have access to shared backyard areas and laundry access is available upon request. We do live on the property and our children and dog are sometimes outside. Guests should be comfortable with these casual interactions. This is an AMAZING neighborhood with a ton to do just a short walk away, while having the peace and security of a residential street.
