There is an L-shaped sectional couch that seats five, a comfortable overstuffed chair, a small drop-leaf table with two chairs, and a large coffee table. • The last four digits of your phone number are your keyless entry code. • You have keyless access--come and go as you please without bothering anyone and no one bothering you. • There is no checkout because there is no key. • You have your own off-street parking in our driveway. • No car? No problem. A MAX light-rail stop is 350 ft. away. • Wi-Fi download speed is 41.3 Mbps; upload speed is 21.3 Mbps. • Your Wi-Fi network is isolated from ours. • A large-screen, wall-mounted TV in the living room swivels for optimum viewing. Roku provides streaming from Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Spotify, Pandora, and over 30 other channels. • Regular and decaf coffee and nine Stash teas are complementary. • The kitchenette/bathroom has dinnerware, a fridge, a microwave, a hotplate, a toaster, an electric kettle, a French press coffeemaker, a bean grinder, and pots & pans. • The shower is large and a tankless "infinite" system provides unlimited hot water. • The toilet is private, in its own “closet.” • There are two bikes; both have a helmet and a lock. Use one to take a break. • Food carts, restaurants, and brewpubs are close by on Mississippi Ave. Bike there in 5 minutes or walk there in 15. • The neighborhood is residential, friendly, and quiet. • Overlook Park, across the street, has a 1/3-mile walk/run track. • We clean the apartment ourselves, thoroughly and extensively. • No smoking is allowed inside. There is, however, a smoking area outside, with two chairs, a table, and power from an extension cord. • As much as we would surely love yours, pets are not allowed.
