Important note: While this space is currently being used as an office and is available for rent, there are a few items still in progress: the fireplace mantel, door blinds, a replacement couch (scheduled for delivery in mid-March), the updated deck, and exterior paint. We plan to take final photos once these are completed; however, we wanted to share the space as it is already very usable and enjoyable in the meantime. - This is a thoughtfully designed, retreat-like office space created for focus, productivity, and comfortable day-to-day work in the NE Hollywood District. Conference table can sit up to 8 max, and outdoor seating can be provided. Tremendous amount of sun-facing windows, everything, besides the items mentioned in progress above, is almost brand new. On-site parking for 3 vehicles. Conference TV has an external webcam with microphone hook up via USB-C. Built in speakers throughout the office interior, and exterior. Please note: The overlay 3d floorpan, shows the potential layout of outdoor space, but all items are moveable. The firepit is a portable unit.
