Come and work at the coolest house in Portland! Built in 2020, this modern three-story attached house has an amazing office in the downstairs with a spacious desk, 2 monitors, printer, whiteboard, portable HEPA filter and pull-out couch. 2 people could work at the desk if they like to be cozy. A portable HEPA filter (plus a whole-house MERV-13 central air system) and fully opening windows make this one of the safer options during covid. The space also features new stainless steel appliances; a laundry room with washer and dryer; and an enclosed patio with firepit. Walk or bike down Division/Clinton, through gorgeous Ladd's Addition, or across the Tilikum Bridge to get everywhere in Portland! The first 2 floors are yours for use for that offsite meeting or work day. Note that this is our house, which we rent out when we leave town. So although we have everything you need, we keep our personal belongings in the house. Cats live here (not for your visit!), so if you have a severe cat allergy it may not be ideal.
