Immerse yourself in the rustic charm of fire-fallen redwoods, carefully crafted into a stunning retreat.  There is a fully equipped kitchen featuring high-end gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge to prepare your lunch as well as a dedicated workspace with desk and monitor to focus on getting things done. Comfortably seat four around our table to work with a backdrop of stunning views. Enjoy complimentary whole-house mesh Wi-Fi, perfect for a Zoom video call (15Mbit microwave symmetric). There is a mobile signal booster installed for reliable reception. AT&T offers the best coverage in the area, with 5G wireless data speeds of 40Mbit download and 3Mbit upload. Verizon and T-Mobile are also workable. Our house operates completely off-grid, allowing you to fully unplug and immerse yourself in the tranquility of Mother Nature. Get ready for a rejuvenating digital detox experience like no other. Important Information to Consider: Before finalizing your booking, please take note of the following: 1. There is a limited number of cars allowed on the Private Property Road. We suggest carpooling, please. We will only allow two cars per day on this property. 2. Spiral Staircase: The spiral staircase in the property is narrow and may pose a challenge for guests with above-average size. Kindly consider this factor when making your reservation. 3. Sloping Property: As the property is situated on a slope, it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or those requiring additional assistance. Please ensure that you are comfortable navigating such terrain. 4. Footwear Recommendation: To fully enjoy the surrounding hiking trails and mountainous terrain, it is advisable to have suitable footwear for hiking and climbing. 5. Unpaved Gravel Road: The final 200 feet of the road leading to the property is unpaved gravel. We highly recommend vehicles with high clearance and 4WD/AWD, particularly on rainy days. 5. Off-Grid Living Experience: Our mountain retreat offers a unique off-grid working experience, immersed in a natural environment with abundant forest and wildlife. It is important to understand that this lifestyle may not be suitable for everyone, particularly those seeking the convenience of city amenities. It is important to acknowledge that access to water and electricity is a privileged aspect here, and they require careful usage and conservation. 6. Road Conditions: Please be aware that the roads in the area are not always paved and can occasionally be obstructed by fallen trees or landslides, especially during the rainy winter season.
