The upper level of a 1921 duplex is a quiet and sunny spot, perfect for a small group to gather. The space is kept very clean at all times and high use items (door handles, remotes, light switches etc.) are sanitized after every guest. An air purifier is running at all times in the living room. The unit is set-up to be a contactless experience, there is a smart lock on the exterior entry door.
