Cozy, light-filled private new guest house with full kitchen and bathroom. Cathedral ceiling, warm exposed woodwork, and artistic touches throughout. A spiral staircase leads to a separate loft with reading area, a large desk under a skylight with a leafy green view and an all-in-one washer/dryer. The full kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge, and ample cooking supplies. A Bluetooth radio, WiFi, and hard-wired Ethernet are included as well as a TV with Netflix. Kids are welcome. We have a pack-n-play we can loan upon request and a basket of toys/books. The spiral staircase can present a hazard, so please keep that in mind and we do have a baby gate for use to avoid any safety hazards.
