This is a ground floor duplex unit with a kitchenette (toaster oven, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, french press, electric tea kettle, dishes/silverware) as well as a desk and a big screen Smart TV. If you’d like to warm up your lunch, the kitchen has a toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge and electric tea kettle and other essentials (but no stove or oven). Alternatively, you’ll be walking distance from the neighborhood cafes, breweries, restaurants & coffee shops if you prefer to go out for lunch. *pets allowed w/ host approval*
