A home made for co-working or team off-sites! French countrystyle home with a dedicated office, large living room and spacious kitchen all optimized for work, while also staying cozy. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in central NW Austin and while only 7 minutes from the Domain, you'll pass families of deer throughout the neighborhood and likely will greet you once you park. My home backs up to the creek that leads into Greenbelt-like hiking trails. The backyard has a newly built firepit, trampoline, garden and deck with ample seating. Whiteboards, monitors, lots of supplies for any work needed to be done as well as a separate fridge in the garage that you are welcome to use or I can keep fully stocked with any requests for an additional cost as well as home-cooked meals. Full security system with cameras means any work that is needed to stay in the home is safe and I can provide a locker for an adiditonal cost as well. The furniture is almost all new (and mostly from Anthropologie or in that style) as I pride the working environment being just as thought of as the equipment and supplies you would need. Hope you love animals! I have 2 Great Pyrenees that are sweet and gentle as can be, and a kitten that rides one of them like a horse around the house. They all have separate areas that they can be put away - I'm open to working with you on this but if you have allergies, I cannot completely guarantee they will not be in the working areas at other times.   • Work areas used are to be cleaned before leaving, dishes loaded and any work product put away. Extra cleaning fee can be discussed if needed for larger groups that would rather have it taken care of.
  • Main bedroom and bathroom are off-limits. 2 additional guest rooms are available for privacy as needed.
  • No drugs or illicit activities. Alcohol is allowed within reason.
