The 30" x 18" swing-up counter with its two padded chairs offers an additional indoor workspace, while multiple seating areas outside — the bistro table on the covered porch, and the patio's dining table and lounge set — offer alternate outdoor work or meeting spaces. The kitchenette's-mini-fridge, toaster oven, microwave and portable, plug-in inductive cooktop is available to prepare and store snacks or meals, and complementary organic fair trade coffee and teas are provided. The whisper-quiet mini-split quickly warms or cools the space to the desired comfort level, and the windows can be opened to naturally cool the space.
