Built of Cream City brick in 1858, this is truly one of the oldest standing houses in Milwaukee. There is free street parking and one off-street parking spot. This particular unit is ideal for smaller groups who want both a shared area for working and presentations, but also a room with a private desk for one person to work solo. The kitchen has a cute eat-in counter for two that is perfect for lunch breaks. However, if you want to go out for lunch, you'll be just one block north of the original Schlitz Brewery! The home also has a fenced in yard with a stamped concrete patio which is shared with the other unit on the property.
