This cozy Casita is a perfect small meeting space. It's also a beautiful background for virtual meetings. One side of the main room serves as a comfortable area to sit and collaborate, and has a Samsung Frame TV with AirPlay capability. The other side of the main room has workspace on the 48" round kitchenette table. An Airbnb guest, who works in IT, left in his review: "WiFi was excellent (100/20 MBPS) and was plenty fast for when I needed to work remotely during my stay." Our property is adjacent to a busier street, but the insulation and double-paned windows block out all of the street noise. There is plenty of natural daylight through the big window in the main room as well as through the French doors. The fully-equipped kitchenette serves as a great break room just a few steps from the table.
