This quiet home is completely private and the wifi is blazing fast! It offers an open concept kitchen with a large table - perfect for meetings or work that needs room to spread out. The living room seating is comfortable and perfect for small groups to hold presentations on the wall TV. There is a coffee station with fresh coffee, tea and hot chocolate provided. Plus, you'll have access to a private backyard with a covered seating area to enjoy a cup of coffee and work in the fresh air! There is a small desk separate from the large living room where one person can work alone and in peace. Please note the following items before booking: -The owner and his dog (who is really quiet and friendly) lives in the adjacent unit of the duplex with one shared wall. You may hear them from time to time. They do their best to keep noise levels at a minimum and not disturb your work.
