This Flexhome is situated in one of Milwaukee's most historic buildings, the old Pabst malt house. Architectural features include original Cream City brick, exposed beams, arched windows, and city skyline views. The building is fully loaded with amenities including a fitness center, theater, work/study booths, and a game lounge with darts, pool, and bags (otherwise known as cornhole). This space comes equipped with a desk to work at plus dining table for working with a colleague or two. Or, relax and work on the comfortable couch and present on the Smart TV with Chromecast. Amenities: In-unit laundry, smart TV with Chromecast. Shared fitness center, theater, work/study booths, and a game lounge with darts, pool, and bags. Workspace Ready: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, dedicated workspace, iron, Keurig, and more. Location: - In the heart of the historic brewery district and connected to the iconic Pabst sign spanning Juneau Ave - 5 minute walk to Fiserv Forum down cobblestone streets - 5 minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University Parking: - This listing includes one free parking space in a secured parking garage one block away (the Brewery Parking Structure). Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival - Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $25/day (and increases during events) - Metered street parking is also available directly outside the building on 10th St as well as Juneau Ave. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for an overnight permit which you can get for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one - The garage has a vertical clearance of 7'2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or other specialty/oversized vehicles Need More Options? We’d be happy to suggest another Flexhome. We have a variety of spaces within the building. Book one or book multiple for different teams and meet for collaboration in the game room.
