privacy infoBright, fun space with a mid-century modern feel. Located in SoMa in the Startup HQ building - a commercial space dedicated to tech startups. We’re close to cafes, restaurants, Whole Foods, easy parking, walkable to BART, Muni and CalTrain. This space functions as both a meeting space and a photography studio. For all meetings booked, the photography related items will be removed (backdrop, lighting, garment rack, steamer, mirror, rolling cart). The space has 10 Ikea chairs and 3 CB2 rolling desks that can be configured into a long conference table. There is also a lounge area with a love seat, two accent chairs, a CB2 bar table and two Ikea bar stools. Extra amenities include: roof deck with umbrellas and plentiful seating, air conditioning, LCD projector, 24” EIZO monitor, Google Fiber WiFi, air purifier, coat rack, coffee/tea, full set of dishes/bowl/cups, and access to bathrooms and a kitchenette across the hallway. The kitchenette includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, sink, garbage/recycling/compost.

- Please: • No parties. • No live music, bands, DJs, or performances. • No yelling, screaming, or loud amplified sound. • No smoking/vaping, incense, candles, open flame, smoke, scents, or fog machines. • No paint, glitter, or other substances that may stain surfaces. • No chemicals or other substances that may have an odor. • No pets or animals of any kind. • No alcohol or drugs. • No modification of walls, floors, ceiling, or windows. • No sex acts, real or simulated. • Only guests noted on the reservation are allowed in the studio. • Any accent chairs, workstation tables, or photo equipment moved must be put back into their original location before departing. Do not move sofa, side table, LED makeup mirror, or plants. • Painters tape ONLY on the floor. Do not use gaff tape or duct tape on floors. • Do not leave food waste in the studio. Dispose of food in the kitchenette waste containers. • Close all windows before departing. • Turn off AC/heater and all lights before departing. • Close the sheer curtains, but leave the black out curtains open, before you leave. • Proof of Liability Insurance is required for Roof Access. Access is only given by special permission and is not included in every rental. • Your rental period begins when you take possession of the unit or at the start time specified on your rental, whichever is earlier. Studio time beyond that extends beyond the number of hours booked on the reservation is considered overtime and applicable fees will be added to your reservation. You are responsible for any overtime charges. Your rental period includes the time to load in, set up, break down and load out. • Access to the studio is limited to the date booked. You are not permitted to enter the space before or after your rental period. • If you have questions, concerns or needs - or if any part of the reservation or studio rules are not clear to you - you agree to message the studio host for assistance so she can resolve any issues as soon possible.
