This is a deluxe basement "apartment" in a house on Clatsop Butte. This space has a front office with three equipped workstations ready for your laptop plus a fourth seating location, a meeting room with wall TV and projector, a large hall/lounging area with large wall TV, kitchen and dining area, and large bathroom with extra amenities. A great workspace for someone or a small team who wants to get away from the busy-ness of the city, while staying close. A big open space for one to four, plus room for meetings. Fast internet (wired dedicated/firewalled from rest of home's network, with separate WiFi,) serene views, and some nice extra amenities. Unit has a separate entrance, with entry code provided (changed daily/per-reservation) for no-contact entry. Unit cleaned/disinfected after each rental. Home has whole-home HEPA filter in HVAC system, plus office room has separate Dyson air filter. Great if you're one person just wanting to get away from your neighborhood for a day of work in peace, a small team who needs an in person couple-day workshop session, or even a weekend executive retreat for up to 16. Electric Vehicle charging is available for up to two vehicles.
