Welcome! We are a family of three (Lexi, Steven, and our son Leo) and we're excited to host you! The Cozy Oasis is a newly remodeled basement unit in our home. We have spent a lot of time carefully decorating it with beloved souvenirs from our travels and special trinkets (the disco balls are from our wedding!). We are excited to share it with you! The space features a lot of natural light, a projector for presentations, a TV with 200+ channels, a kitchenette for light cooking, ac/heat split unit, a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a dedicated workstation/desk where you can get work done. There is breakfast bar seating where you and a colleague can work side-by-side, or even get some solo work done. Prefer to work from the comfortable couch? Lay back, relax and let the productivity flow. Guests have access to the house through a private entrance on the side of the main house at the end of the driveway. There is an entrance at the bottom of the staircase. We live in the upstairs unit. You may hear us walking around from time to time, but the unit is pretty well insulated from sound. The kitchenette is equipped for light cooking (there is no oven/stovetop). It is equipped with a hot plate for pan frying or boiling food, a toaster oven, and a microwave. There's also fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink, and a pour over and a coffee maker. We cannot allow pets of any kind, even emotional support animals as one of our loved ones is severely allergic and stays in the apartment sometimes.
