Converted warehouse, and former photographer’s studio, with 17’ ceilings, two massive skylights, galley-style kitchen with Bosch dishwasher, plus new refrigerator and electric cooktop. Double-seater swing and three indoor bike racks. (Note: the large blue rug shown in the pictures has been changed to a similarly sized black and grey rug. Happy to provide updated pictures upon request) The space accommodates 14 people seated at the tables, but an approximate total of 20 people including the sofa, surrounding lounge chairs, and padded folding chairs. SPACE FEATURES Private entrance with bike storage leads to 25'x30' main room complete with: - Two end to end work tables mounted on casters for easy reconfiguration - 6'x 8' sofa - Two large original 4’x9’ skylights for tons of natural light - Three leather lounge chairs and oversized ottoman or individual brass tables - Original pot belly stove (not for guest use) - 79" 4K-technology Sony TV with fully articulating wall mount (3' and 6' HDMI cable provided) - Apple TV available (please ask) - Large wall space for client-provided projection - Three 32"x80" barn door sliding-style white board panels (not shown in all photos but permanently installed) with dry erase markers and eraser provided - Two remote-controlled ceiling fans with lights - Dimmable surround and pendant lighting - Four in-wall heating units - Bar cart with wine glasses, short glasses, carafes, and champagne flutes - Galley kitchen includes flat wear, utensils, and serving dishes -Bosch oven is unavailable at this time. *Please be aware: any damage done to any of the white boards will be charged $1050 for the repainting of all three white boards. Please pay extra attention to using only Dry Erase markers on the white boards--IF IT DOESN'T SAY 'DRY ERASE' ON THE PEN, THEN IT'S NOT TO BE USED ON THE DRY ERASE BOARDS. I'm sure we all know this intuitively, but accidents happen and it's costly. I'm sorry in advance for the high cost. This is a 100% woman-owned small business. Thank you for your support. CONVENIENCE Located four blocks from Civic Center BART, Mid-Market and Twitter. For parking, I suggest SpotHero since on-street parking is so difficult. Do not leave valuables in your car. (I used to recommend 'Luxe Valet', but have received recent information that they are "re-organizing" and to try them again at a later date) Thank you for your booking!
