The Patio Villa consists of two separate units with their own work areas: the Patio Cottage and the Patio Suite. These units are a few steps from each other and are entered from a spacious secluded patio that itself has several spaces that can be used for outdoor work and meeting areas. The Patio Cottage is brightly lit, particularly in the afternoon when it gets filled with direct sunlight, and its six-foot long countertop provides a large area for spreading out while serving as a sitting or standing desk. The upholstered loveseat is perfect for those who may be more productive working on their laptop away from a desk. The quiet Patio Suite with its 38" x 22" desk is an ideal space for concentrating on work projects, while the swing-up counter with its two thickly padded folding chairs offers an additional indoor workspace. A 50-inch flat screen UHD Android TV on the wall behind the desk can be used as a monitor for screen-sharing or remote video calls. The Patio Cottage’s kitchen and the Patio Suite’s kitchenette with their toaster ovens, microwaves and portable, plug-in inductive cooktops are available to prepare and store snacks or meals. Complementary organic fair trade coffee and teas are also provided in both units. Top-down, bottom-up shades and full-length room-darkening curtains on the doors and windows can be adjusted to let in as much or as little outdoor light and views of the patio as you wish. A whisper-quiet mini-split in each unit quickly raises or lowers the temperature to the desired comfort level, and the windows and doors can be opened for fresh air and natural temperature control, with screens keeping bugs from getting in. The patio offers multiple alternate outdoor work and meeting areas. There is a bistro table with two chairs and room for one laptop on the Patio Suite’s covered porch and another one just like it under the awning just outside the Patio Cottage. The patio's dining table comfortably seats four people, and the lounge set around a gas fire pit can seat five people to meet or sit with laptops.

The Patio Cottage's desk is a built in is 72 in. x 25 in. tiled countertop and two adjustable barstools with backed cushioned seating and an electrical outlet with USB ports. Two people can stand at it on one side and sit at it on the other side, or one person can stand on one side and the second can sit on the other side.
The Patio Suite's desk is built-in and is 38 in. x 22 in. with tiled top, cushioned captain's chair and an electrical outlet with USB ports.
