Renovated, updated in the late 1990s the new additions were designed by renowned Portland architect William Hawkins. With 117 feet of waterfront land this home enjoys private beach access and unparalleled views of pelicans diving for fish, seals playing in the bay and bald eagles soaring overhead. The covered front porch allows for seating for up to 12 including a dining table nearly 200 years old. The front room has seating for 6-8 and there are areas for more private phone calls or breakaways smaller sessions including a parlor area and upstairs nook. In addition there is a tool & whiskey library that allows for private inspired chat as well as secret garden with for more private phone calls or small breakout sessions for a 2-4 people. On-site parking on the property for up to 6 vehicles, a wonderful restaurant (The Schooner Grill) is just two minutes away and many great places to eat less than 10 minutes away in either Oceanside or the city of Tillamook.
