Treat yourself to a brand new, beautiful 550 square foot house with all the great details of a 100 year old Craftsman. Lots of windows, high ceilings. Work at the breakfast bar, or desk, or host a presentation on the mounted TV. Open up the French doors for some fresh air. Getting there is not problem with bus and max train nearby. Just 2 miles from downtown Portland. Beautiful neighborhood with tree-lined street and there are coffee shops, pizza, Coco Doughnuts, neighborhood bars, and restaurants all within walking distance should you wish to take a work break to grab some food. This is an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) in the backyard behind my main house. The kitchen has all the basics i.e. toaster, coffee maker, pans, plates, silverware. If there is anything you need (blender, mixer, etc.) just give me a shout and you can borrow it from the main house. The entire space is yours - plus outdoor patio. To enter the house there is a key box on the back side of the porch post. To keep the yard beautiful, several mornings a week I am around the little house at 7:30 am watering and keeping things looking neat. When it is extremely hot I need to water every day.
