Keep it simple at this peaceful home. Centrally-located and minutes from popular Washington Avenue loaded with quaint shops, fun eateries, and multiple breweries and distilleries. This home was the second home built by one of the founders of Cedarburg, Frederick Hilgen (street name) in 1895; Collaborate and work in this little slice of Cedarburg History! You’re able to use the entire home. Feel free to also use the propane fire table on the porch or if you’re feeling rustic, you can use the fire pit in the back yard! Please note, the bathroom is on main level and all bedrooms are on second level.
