I created this workspace for my own company. We needed a space to capture ideas on whiteboards, hold 10+ team member training sessions, plus allow us a place to escape from our own home offices when we got tired of solo working. It's our own little coffee shop with extra monitors and quiet spaces to take client calls. Our home turned office solves so many issues! We are now able to get together as needed when needed. Our out-of-state workers have a home base where they won't need a car when we all meet together. There are multiple office(s), a group meeting space, and the open kitchen is fully available and stocked to support team lunch and group dinners! There are so many options! We don't need the space every day... so I've opened it up to you (other businesses & community groups) to take advantage of what we've built! Ideal remote work space accomodates all different people and situations. -- Use the small office to attend Zoom calls without being interrupted by others; -- Use the large office for a couple folks to co-work and collaborate on the floor-to-ceiling white board to draw out ideas; -- Use the open living area as your meeting room space. The Transformer Table (https://transformertable.com/) can accomodate up to 12 teamates or break it down out of the way for a more intimate meeting setting; -- Host an after hours study session or community discussion; or -- Host your own dinner party (neighborhood chefs available - just ask!) Use the wall mounted Roku TV for screen sharing or the large pull down projector screen and optional WiFi projector (upon request).
