We are on a septic system, so disposal is NOT hooked up. Absolutely no food can go down sink and you must use the catch to catch all food particles in sink, and throw out or the sink will be clogged almost immediately. Guests are responsible for any plumbing charges (such as having to call a plumber out) due to negligence. Please only flush toilet paper and waste. Internet speeds are the best ones available for the area. There is a booster on all 3 levels of the home. Close to so much - award winning hiking trails, Old World WI, and all of this just 20 miles to Lake Geneva and 30 Miles to Milwaukee. This home has everything you need for a workday. There's enough room for everyone! The home is seated on Eagle Springs Lake which has access to Lake Lulu from within. This is a public lake so feel free to bring your boat/kayaks! Please keep in mind our road is a One Way. Upon arrival, please turn RIGHT to go up South Shore Dr, our home will be about 1/4 of a mile in, on the right. You may park in the garage & will be provided the Garage Code for access to the home. The Garage will be your main way in and out of the home. You'll be able to access the entire home and backyard/pier area.
