The house is a 1915 Craftsman home. It is very well kept and in a great location. Wifi is blazing fast, so it will easily accommodate many people simultaneously. In the house, there is a huge dining room table, a plush couch and large armchairs for easy team collaboration. If solo work is needed, there is a large desk on the second floor and a nook off the kitchen. The house has a large front porch and backyard deck with BBQ. Both are perfect for you and your team to relax with your laptops and a cup of coffee in the fresh air. The gourmet kitchen has counter seating, so you can also just warm up your lunch in the microwave or oven and eat in. A fireplace in the living room will keep you cozy on cool days and the AC will keep you cool when it's warm out. The beautifully renovated basement unit is light and spacious and offers its own private entrance with key code entry. The gas fireplace will keep you and your team cozy while you sit on the plush couch and work off the 70" Smart TV. There is a large study desk in a separate room to allow for solo work as well. The basement unit has a well appointed kitchenette with a built-in bar that’s perfect for taking a break with a snack. Or have your lunch at the table and chairs just outside the unit. If you decide to go for a run during your stay, both the main house and basement unit have a shower and tub for you to rinse off. There is always complimentary coffee, tea and filtered water. You’ll be close to Basic Market, coffee, food carts, craft beer, parks, golf, public transportation and much more, so you can easily take a break to grab a bite for lunch. There is plenty of free street parking, in front of the house, but off street parking is also provided for you.
