- Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home. If you do smoke, please do so outside and do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.

- QUIET HOURS are 9pm-8am. Please respect our neighbors- they live here and would appreciate the courtesy.
- As a courtesy, we request that at the end of your stay please throw out any leftover food items in the refrigerator and take out the garbage and recycling. Generally, we ask that you make a reasonable effort to pick up and leave the home in good condition.
- Guests may not use tacks or tape to hang or attach anything to the walls, ceilings, furniture, etc.
- The condition of the property is photo documented before and after each guest. Guests will be assessed additional cleaning fees or forfeit security deposit for failure to observe any of the above house rules.
