Welcome to The Ginkgo House, centrally located in The Iconic Alberta Arts neighborhood of NE Portland. Our home is amenity- rich, ready to host your work retreat. The Space includes fast WIFI, free street parking, and a fully stocked Kitchen for a sit down meal. Just as our home has all the amenities you’ll need on hand, the neighborhood also has lots to offer within walking blocks. The house has a great layout, with plenty of meeting spaces with 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor, to easily create the comfort of group collaboration or working privately. In addition to housing overnight guests, The Ginkgo House has long been a great Retreat Space, and we'd love to have your work group enjoy it, too! ★Located in Northeast Portland, in the heart of the Alberta Arts District, The Ginkgo House is within 2 blocks of restaurants, coffee, bars, breweries, venues, shops + much more. We’re also just a 15-minute ride to Downtown Portland, easily accessible to the airport PDX, less than 15 min to the Convention Center, MODA Center, Japanese Gardens, and greater Portland adventures, including the resplendent and beautiful Columbia River Gorge. ★ Best wifi available & cleaned well ★ ★ Free ample street parking on our block ★ ★ Great Location ★ Well appointed ★ ★ Two full bathrooms over two floors ★ ★ AMPLE SPACE FOR LARGE GROUPS ★ Over 2 floors, this home features: a street level entrance (no steps) as well as an entrance on the porch, 2 distinct living spaces with open concept living areas, two full kitchens, 2 TVs, and 2 full bathrooms: one on each level. Kindly let us know if you have any other needs or questions. ★ ACCESSIBILITY ★ The lower level entrance is at street level. ie. No Stairs to enter. There is a table with chairs, a couch, and a full bathroom. ★ OUTDOOR LIVING + A QUAINT FRONT PORCH ★ A front porch perched above the street is perfect for enjoying a quiet moment to yourself or having a small meeting with friends/colleagues. Backyard patio with table, couch, BBQ, ample private space to hang out with your guests, the fruiting trees, and flowers! (Access via stairs. Back yard could be accessed at street level from the back of the house) *We cannot accommodate animals due to allergies. * There is a Ring Doorbell on the front doors

House rules
- No unapproved pets. If pet is approved, they're only allowed outside and free of charge
- Please No shoes inside. Feel free to smoke outside. There's a front porch, and also a back patio.
- No beds to be used - contact if needed
- There are two levels to work on: The Street level and the Main level (with Homers Hideaway Bathroom and Main Living Area/ Large Table w/ 10 chairs)
- We can accommadate children if you need to bring them to work, there's a crib, and highchair, and games. They must be supervised.
- Feel free to contact me if you need anything outside of these parameters, as I am as flexible as I can be.
